Each course has a start and end date. To receive the course completion certificate and CLM, SHRM and HRCI credits, all weekly assignments must be completed and quizzes passed with a score of 70% or higher by the last day of the course.

John Jakovenko, CLM, MBA (Moderator)

Course Instructor

John Jakovenko, CLM, MBA, is the Firm Administrator at Spark Law. His career spans two decades and includes leadership roles in human resource departments in law firms in Los Angeles and Atlanta. He is also an adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University, teaching courses on human resources.

David Bottoms

David Bottoms is President of The Bottoms Group and a Principal of TBX Benefit Partners, a subsidiary of The Bottoms Group focused exclusively on the unique employee benefit needs of employers with more than 5,000 employees.

David works extensively with employers relating to the structure, funding, and communication of their employee benefit plans. In particular, David is regularly cited as an expert by local and regional publications on healthcare and employee benefit trends and strategy.
