Law Firm Management Now Part 1: 2020 Was Anything But Clear
Recorded On: 03/03/2021
When the challenges of 2020 hit us, we were all in a reactive mode, focused on responding and pivoting quickly. We will look back at lessons we learned and discover how to use those lessons to better lead our firm operations and provide clearer management going forward. We will talk about what we implemented that was successful and what did not go well or as planned.
- Recognize how to look back on uncontrollable events to bring perspective and clarity.
- Apply this new perspective and examples from others to plan proactively for 2021 firm operations.
- Illustrate how emotions (yours and others’) play a role in firm culture and change, especially change that was thrust upon us.
