The legal marketplace was already undergoing significant disruption, and then the onset of COVID-19 instantly and perhaps permanently changed how law firms operate. Across the world law firm leaders are revisiting what were previously considered sacrosanct operating procedures. In this session we'll review some of these procedures and discuss how law firm structure, real estate, operations, facilities, staffing, and strategy might change. The presenter, Tim Corcoran, is a former CEO and regular ALA contributor, with a global practice. He'll draw on insights from around the world, from firms big and small. to inform this discussion.
