Due to the pandemic, employers need to clearly understand the human element of human resources. Legal management professionals must construct their messages to avoid ambiguity. One thing that the current health crisis has taught us is that vague messaging can increase employee stress, create workplace issues and disharmony or even cause potential legal action. When in crisis, most managers, leaders and administrators working together are confused about the next steps they should take, either paralyzed by fear, worried about their future or in the shock and denial phase of the situation. This session aims to answer these questions.

Objectives:

  • Identify how to manage a hybrid workforce during the pandemic.
  • Develop the necessary soft skills needed to keep employees engaged and focused in crisis situations.
  • Discuss potential solutions and ideas to unique real-time employee situations during this time in history.
  • Discover and eliminate the feelings of isolation and fear that comes with ambiguity in times of calamity.
  • Express the benefit of having an experienced HR professional walk through your challenges.
