This session will discuss the future implications for your firm regarding the move to remote work. Whether your firm is deciding to shift to remote work temporarily or permanently, you will need to consider the advantages and challenges around the three different models of telework. We will discuss various topics about which you can begin to think strategically, including — but not limited to — operations (policies and procedures), reducing company expenses, mitigating potential turnover, keeping employees productive and much more.

Jennifer Cameron

Jennifer Cameron is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Cofounder of Blend Me, Inc., a consultancy that helps startups and small businesses onboard and engage remote teams. As CEO, she guides clients in developing the remote employee experience, vision, strategic goals and long-term strategy. She leads by believing in her employees and empowering them to do what they are good at. Cameron is a proud alumna of the University of Connecticut, where she earned a master's degree in Human Resource Management. Her expertise revolves around organizational culture, employee engagement, process improvement and therapeutic lifestyle changes.

Kaleem Clarkson

Kaleem Clarkson is the Chief Operating Officer and Cofounder of Blend Me, Inc. He helps clients select products and develop programs that integrate with new or existing operational procedures that increase effectiveness and reduce inefficiencies. With nearly 20 years of strategic operations and event planning experience, his passions have always revolved around the stakeholder experience, from concert and conference attendees to professional development programs for distributed, remote and telecommuting employees. Clarkson graduated from Worcester State University and was recently named one of the top 15 Remote Work Advocates and Leaders by All American Speakers Bureau.
