    Resilience is a trending term in this current COVID-19 era. Did you know that resilience involves behaviors, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed? According to the American Psychological Association, it is not a trait that you either have or do not have. So why is resilience important? Participants who attend with an open mind and commitment to investing their brain power will understand the value of resilience and how it influences their effectiveness. Participants will be able to meet in small groups at least once during the session so we can leverage the collective IQ of the group.

    • Recognize how to assess personal resilience factors. 
    • Develop a personal practice plan to stay resilient strong.

This session will help bring clarity to chaos and structure to disruption.
