Previously, Dodds worked as a management consultant for 18 years in a variety of strategy, supply chain and procurement roles across many industry sectors. He is a sought-after speaker at conferences, extensively quoted in pricing and project management publications, and the author/editor of two books on legal pricing and project management (Smarter Pricing, Smarter Profit and Pricing on the Front Line, both published by the American Bar Association). Dodds is a Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) and is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.

Jennifer Hill is President of JHill's Staffing Services, a Division of Marcum Search LLC. She began recruiting in 2003 and has recruited for top tier law firms and corporations throughout the United States. Hill also hosts a weekly radio show on LA Talk Radio, called "Get Yourself the Job," with more than 30,000 listeners a month, where she interviews experts and authors from around the world on the subject of landing one's dream job. Judy Hissong, CLM, PCC, is the President of Nesso Strategies, a law firm consultancy that speaks, trains and coaches on leadership.
