This session will focus on long- and short-term ideas. Options related to design and messaging solutions and their associated business impacts will be discussed. Both attorney space and administrative space will be considered. You will learn what others have been doing and how those relate to the guidance offered by relevant governmental agencies.

    Erik Hodgetts, AIA, LEED AP, is Principal of IA Interior Architects. A senior client relationship manager with over 25 years' experience, he is a licensed architect who has focused his career on commercial interiors, leading teams to plan, design and execute complex workplace projects at all scales. His body of work includes new installations and in-place renovations for law firms, financial institutions, technology companies and nonprofits, among others. Hodgetts has also created and led several successful and well-attended professional education seminars for organizations such as the AIA, CoreNet, IFMA, NeoCon and ALA.

    Russell Manthy is a Principal at IA Interior Architects in the New York City office. His 30 years of project management, commitment to client service and focus on client relationships span a significant range of project types and industries, including legal services, technology, manufacturing, educational, financial and not-for-profit institutions and organizations. Manthy has a bachelor's of architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has worked with many well-established clients on large scale projects, including Jenner & Block, Baker & McKenzie, Bank of America, Manatt Phelps & Phillips, and Salesforce.

    Mark Santiago CMC, CPA, has consulted to law firms in the United States and Europe for more than 35 years. He began his consulting career in the New York office of Price Waterhouse & Co. While there, he helped originate the Legaltech conference. Santiago led the law firm consulting practice at Deloitte & Touche for nine years. At SB2, he helped develop the Secretarial Realignment methodology that improves service levels, broadens the scope of service rendered and significantly reduces operating costs.
