Jennifer Shankleton is a strategic-minded marketing executive with a deep knowledge of marketing communications, business development, public and media relations, and corporate and crisis communications with extensive experience in the professional services sector. She has served in first-chair legal marketing roles in firms across Northeast Ohio, and prior to legal marketing, Shankleton worked in financial services and business to consumer marketing and public relations. She has received a certification from Ackert Business Development Institute, developed BMD’s first business development coaching program and helped to launch the firm’s Associate Mentorship program.
Shankleton is a member of the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO), currently serving on its Editorial Board, and has been a member and volunteer leader in the Legal Marketing Association since 2010.
