Do you sometimes find yourself dealing with bickering employees or the workplace bully? Learn how to avoid the traps employees can set, particularly when they are coached or encouraged by others and ways to deal with such issues head-on, directly confronting the issues in ways that are both legal and effective. This session addresses how to create an atmosphere designed to encourage employees to recognize problems, tell the truth and get to a resolution.
