As we examine our past, we are pointed to leaders who, under incredibly difficult circumstances, showed their greatest strengths: their creativity, their empathy and, most importantly, their vision. We find examples of this all throughout history. Right now, we are living in an unprecedented moment in time. What leadership language will you adopt? How will your peers, professionals and people describe your approach and your intentions? Moreover, what impression did you make on them during the crisis and into the recovery period? At the end of the webinar, you'll get a homework exercise where you'll be given a tool with which to objectively assess your people. The first five attendees who send their notes from this tool to Klymshyn will each receive a one-on-one, follow-up coaching session. Note: To receive this complimentary coaching session, you must attend the webinar live on Wednesday, December 16, at 2-3 p.m. Central and be one of the first five attendees to submit their notes to speaker John Klymshyn.

Objectives:

  • Identify how to stay focused when dates and restrictions keep changing.
  • Discover how great leaders employ language both to share ideas and to learn more about their people.
  • Differentiate the distinction between inspiration and motivation.
  • Illustrate why you do not need to be a "rah-rah" personality type to effectively inspire others and have them produce great work.
