Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are critical to measure more than billable hours and profits per partner - client satisfaction, team performance, firm culture to name a few. However, knowing how to get started with KPIs; where to find data; and how to follow-up can be daunting. In this session, we will introduce KPIs, review a KPI framework, and focus on five starter KPIs. All attendees will receive a complimentary KPI starter worksheet with the 5 KPIs plus a KPI white paper.
Objectives
- Describe the basics of Key Performance Indicators.
- Outline a KPI framework and workflow approach to delivery of legal services.
- Calculate and analyze KPIs for productivity and profitability.
- Explain the importance of clients and client service plus measurements, including collections, satisfaction KPIs and firm culture.
